Who can participate in the programs?

Our programs are designed for adults throughout Canada regardless of previous stretching or flexibility experience. Whether you are a complete beginner, an active individual looking to complement your training, someone who works at a desk all day, or a wellness enthusiast seeking structured guidance, you will find a program suited to your level and goals. There are no age restrictions beyond being an adult, and no physical prerequisites are required to get started.

Do I need flexibility experience to enrol?

No prior flexibility experience is needed. Many of our participants start with little to no background in stretching or mobility work. Our beginner-friendly programs such as Flexibility Foundations are specifically designed for individuals who are new to structured stretching education. Each program follows a gradual progression, building knowledge and skills step by step so you can learn at a comfortable pace.

Are courses available throughout Canada?

Yes. All of our programs are delivered online, which means they are accessible to participants in every province and territory across Canada. Whether you are located in a major city like Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal, or in a rural or remote area, you can access the same high-quality educational content. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a device to view lessons and practice materials.

Are programs educational?

Yes. All programs are provided exclusively for educational and professional development purposes. Our curriculum is designed to teach stretching principles, mobility fundamentals, movement awareness, and flexibility concepts. The focus is on helping you learn and understand how stretching and mobility work, so you can apply that knowledge in your daily life. Programs are not medical treatments or therapeutic interventions.

Programs and Courses

How long are the programs?

Program durations range from six to twelve weeks depending on the course you select. Our introductory programs such as Mobility Essentials run for 6 weeks, while more comprehensive offerings like Flexibility Foundations span 8 weeks. The most in-depth programs, including Active Mobility Training and Guided Mobility Development, extend to 10 or 12 weeks. Each program includes a detailed schedule so you know exactly what to expect from week to week.

What is the difference between stretching programs and mobility courses?

While there is overlap between the two, stretching programs focus primarily on flexibility development, stretching techniques, and building sustainable stretching routines. Mobility courses place greater emphasis on joint health, movement range, body awareness, and functional movement patterns. Both types of offerings include practical exercises and educational modules. Many participants find it beneficial to explore both categories over time, as flexibility and mobility complement each other closely.

Can I take more than one program at a time?

While it is technically possible to enrol in multiple programs, we generally recommend focusing on one program at a time. Each program is designed with a specific learning progression, and completing one before moving to the next allows you to absorb the material more thoroughly and build a stronger foundation. If you are interested in multiple programs, our team can help you determine the best sequence based on your goals and experience level.

What format are the online classes delivered in?

Online classes include a combination of video lessons, guided practice sessions, downloadable resources such as worksheets and mobility plans, and a participant dashboard for tracking your learning progress. Some programs also include live online workshops and recorded sessions you can revisit at any time. The platform is designed to be straightforward and easy to navigate, even if you are not particularly tech-savvy.

Do you offer workshops in addition to full programs?

Yes. In addition to our multi-week programs and courses, we offer standalone wellness workshops covering specific topics such as movement awareness, stretching techniques, healthy movement habits, and flexibility education. Workshops are available in live online, recorded, and group formats. They are a great option if you want to explore a specific topic before committing to a full program, or if you want to supplement your ongoing learning.

Practical Details

What equipment is required?

Most programs require minimal equipment. The essentials are comfortable clothing and sufficient space for movement practice, roughly the size of a yoga mat area. Some programs may suggest optional items such as a yoga mat, a resistance band, or a foam roller, but these are not mandatory. If any specific equipment is recommended for a particular program, it will be clearly listed in the course description before enrollment so there are no surprises.

How much time should I set aside each week?

Most programs are designed to fit within 3 to 5 hours per week, including both educational content and practice sessions. The exact time commitment varies by program. Beginner programs tend to require less weekly time, while more advanced or comprehensive courses may involve additional practice. Because all programs are self-paced with flexible scheduling, you can distribute your learning time across the week in whatever way works best for your routine.

Can I access materials after the program ends?

Yes. Participants retain access to downloadable resources, worksheets, stretching guides, and mobility plans after the program concludes. These materials are yours to keep and reference as often as you like. Access to the online platform and video content is available for an extended period after program completion.
